oh...nice to see my name here LOL
as for BB King, I heard a couple of songs on which BB King and Dave played together, but I thought they are live... Crying Won't Help You Baby is one of them, thought there is no Dave singing (but you can deff. hear him playing !!!! Awwwr, that guitar sound you recognize from the first second !).
As for the album - sorry no info. But it is quite likely as Dave played on hundreds of albums (Bryan Ferry's two masterpieces are still my faves !).

Yup I've got that album. Personally I thought the song Dave Gilmour played on could have been anyone. Pretty sure it was Crying Won't Help You Baby...like someone else said.
