who's better Pink Floyd vs The Doors

No contest a the Doors were an unmitigated disaster of a band,Jim Morrison an overrated nonsense spouting fantasist. The Floyd a multi-talented music making monolith.

Suck it, Krieger and Manzarek! They've had to cancel the rest of the tour.

Being that we are on a Floyd forum and website, I would feel like a traitor if I argued against the almighty Floyd. Thats ok with me because I think that Pink Floyd is a better band than The Doors, although they are great too!

well there's no question. Pink Floyd is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better than every other band EVER. The Doord aren't that great anyway, but how dare anybody on a Pink Floyd fan site say that the Doors are better...

I agree the Doord aren't that great, the Doors are though. Although, I find Jim Morisson himself overrated sometimes at least as a poet, a great frontman sure but alot of his poetry was mediocre at best.

Pink Floyd. The Doors are so damn boring I shut the radio off every time one of their songs comes on.

Pink Floyd of course. The only thing in which The Doors are superior (IMHO) is in their drummer. Roger's lyrics beat Jim Morrison's any day.

Pink Floyd all the way for me but having saying that i love the doors and it was the doors that i got in to first... then i moved on to PF so without the doors i may never have become a PF fan
