| Re: "... pigs on the wing" ?? Hmm - that's true, but i always thought it somehow connected to "Animal Farm" which the album is connected to. Because, "Pigs on teh Wing" might symbolize the works of the intellect of the Pigs - the fact that they've learned to fly. And by "watching" for pigs on the wing, they're waiting to see if the pigs will reach this 'status' almost. Anyway - if the above makes no sense whatsoever, i would recommend reading the book before any sarcastic or seemingly meaningless comments are made. Cheers, Charade I Am

"when the pigs fly" makes sense but I think here it has something to do we the Pigs (tyrants) who think they're above all (on the wing) and the Sheep (mindless followers who are used and abused by the others) Watch them etc.

And Part 2 means that when they care for each other, they will have emotional security and won't be depressed. So I guess that's love. By the way, that's not the only Floyd love song.
