I found that when just searching for Pink Floyd videos deffinatly worth a download if you are lucky a full one will pop up so you don't have to download each different part.

I was disappointed when I first saw the VH1 Legends on Pink Floyd (on TV back in 2002). It covered the Syd Barrett area VERY WELL, but after that it kind of just went straight to Dark Side and Wish You Were Here, didn't cover much (if anything) between Saucerful and DSOTM, and even the 80s period with the breakup and the court battles weren't covered.
I'm sure the 4 members were sick of talking about those things, especially Waters and the court fiasco, but this was supposed to be a supremo documentary.

Jawbone,
Your message answers in part to my doubt, so I will ask right to the point: am I missing something or the VH1 Legends documentary bypasses Animals COMPLETELY ?
Thanks,

It bypasses Animals completely. If I remember rightly the only albums mentioned are DSOTM, WYWH and The Wall. There is no mention of the court case at all, it simply ends by saying Roger Waters left in 1985 and the 3 remaining members (no mention of Rick being ousted either) reformed Pink Floyd with David Gilmour as their leader.

"Used" was a key word in that sentence.

You're right.
Without it, it's just, "Vh1 to be good"

Thanks for your answer, IanC1973. Come to think of it, the series I think is about "Syd and the Floyd" and not just the Floyd; hence they just go through the albums that had references to him (DSM, WYWH, The wall...Animals and The final cut wouldn't be in that category so they're ignored...)
Regards,
