Guitar Adultery

I am sad to admit it, but I have cheated on my guitar. I have been married to this strat for years now and even though she didn't come from a high class family I absolutely fell in love with her. But las weekend I happened to meet this gorgeous american strat at my local music store. I just stared for a few minutes and walked up to her. As I walked closer I noticed that she had a necklace with the words "sale" inscribed on it. I was thinking, what a slut! But i could not get myself to walk out. I grabbed a stool and sat next to her in the crowded store. She didn.t say a word. I happened to have a pick in my pocket so I just took it ou of my pocket and looked for her reaction. I thought she would probably reject my advances but to my doom she just stood there in her stand looking radiant.

We did the deed right there and then. I guess she expected me to take her home, but I couldn't tell her that I was married. I sat her on her stand and smiled at her. Some people from the store started asking me if I was interested. I looked at her and hung my head in shame. I ran out of the store as fast as I could. When I got home I felt terrible as I saw my beautifully simple Strat. I contemplated her scratched and dented face and just confessed. I have not been with her for a couple of days now. I no longer drive by the store. I was wondering If anybody else has cheated on their six string significant other?

I'm not really tied down to one guitar. I have several, they all learn to deal with it.

There is nothing wrong with polygamy, cheap. They will learn to co-exist peacefully. Even with different races, like Gibson, Ibanez or Yamaha.

If you're gonna cheat on a Gibson, why the hell would you go to an Ibanez or a Yamaha??? That just shows your only looking for someone different, not better.
