| I’m getting married Nov 6, and I’m making a DVD to play during the reception, during the video I want to play Wish you were here, but Im looking for a instrumental version only. Have you guys heard of such a version? It doesn’t have to be by Pink Floyd. email - atg4@students.uwf.edu Andrew |

| Re: Im looking for Wish you were here Instrumental ONLY!! yea, at a wedding, i dont think you want a song with the lyrics "were just 2 lost souls swimming in a fish bowl year after year, running over the same old ground what have we found? the same old fears, wish you were here."

| Re: Im looking for Wish you were here Instrumental ONLY!! There is a way of doing it, but u might alter the sound of the instruments a bit. If you had a program such as cool edit, then u open the song into cool edit, u should then see two waveforms, left and right. Highlight the entire channel of EITHER left or right. Then click Apply inverse, or invert or something that will flip the selected channel upside down. Then u can highlight the whole thing and mixdown to mono, What should happen is that anything that was panned in the centre such as vocals will be cancelled out, so u will have no vocals left over. The problem is, it may also cancel out other instruments, perhaps bass and some of the drums.

| Re: Im looking for Wish you were here Instrumental ONLY!! And if that doesn't work, you can just look for a MIDI file and play that instead.
