The Big Muff

Well , as most of us know, big dave uses his big muff, but what surprises me is that i have from many sources seen that he uses the russian version, alias, the cheap one. Anyone confirm this? And why?

I think nearly all of them were Russian-made back when Dave started using them. I've got a Russian one and it's not bad at all, it just sounds better in front of a solid-state amp.

Re: The Big Muff

He has used both USA and Russian ones. They were originally made out of Russian Tank armour, and MUCH better pedals.. I have both.. the USA is better sounding on my 30w Tube, than on the schools 120w Solid State.
