Yet another question about amps...

Hey guys, sorry for another one of these threads...

I have a really old 30w ALL TUBE combo.. sounds good but is in not so good looking condition. Doesnt look bad, just the tweed fabric is a bit stained. What would be a fair price?

Im looking to trade it in for a Fender FM212 100w Solid State Combo... What do you reckon about these?
