Pow R. Toc H.

Does anyone know the meaning behind this song and song title?

Re: Pow R. Toc H.

This is by far, one of my favorite songs on the Piper album; but as far as the meaning, who knows?? Something about power toking, or something like that. The song is spooky as hell, and great under a strobe light -- that's all I know about the song.

I'll let the veterans of the APFFN handle this one.

Ahem.

Perhaps the Echoes FAQ can be of assistance.

Thanks for the link. I must've missed that section on Brain-Damage.

I'm not sure there is any meaning behind "Power Touch". It's just a damned cool tune.

Re: Pow R. Toc H.

Urm, no.

It's my personal opinion. I don't like it because its 5 minutes of chaps making stupid noises, and some instruments bashing away in the background to try and create an atmosphere. That counts as crap in my book.

Re: Pow R. Toc H.

Pow. R Toc. H isn't the worst PATGOD song though...Stethoscope is by a considerable margin.

Re: Pow R. Toc H.

I don't ever consider Pow R. Toc H. to be a song totally unlistenable crap for me, like more of Floyd's earlier work.
