The Final Cut video EP Not Now John could have been better as well. Has anyone else seen this video EP thing? I also bought a really well recorded, full colour DVD bootleg there too, its called Pink Floyed Live at KQED studios. I believe. ANd it's really good, and it has a whole live version of AHM and other songs from More and Saucerful and Ummagumma.

If you're not up for downloading, look into trading groups and see if anyone will swap these for DVD blanks or other bootlegs you have to trade. Look into disc trading policies, and check out places like this: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/harvested-weeds/ The discs described here sound awfully close to those released by Harvested. http://www.harvested.org/ |

Brilliant on both counts. Harvested always do a bang-up job. But they'd be very disappointed if they found out someone actually paid money for their work in a store... it's supposed to be traded for free of charge. All you're doing is lining the pockets of that shifty-looking guy who runs the record shop.

Re: The Final Cut video EP The final cut ep is ok but is not a patch on the wall. Does anyone know why it was created? some kind of botched attempt to folow up the wwall movie?

Re: The Final Cut video EP Yeah, there's a potshot at the expense of Alan Parker and Alan Marshall (the director and the producer of Pink Floyd: The Wall, respectively) represented by "A. Parker-Marshall," the psychiatrist who listens to Rog sing. I think some points just needed to be put across on film without Roger having to spend too much money, so he put it together fairly cheaply with Willie Christie (Roger's then-brother-in-law, as I understand it).
