Cool Meeting a Floyd?

If you got the chance to meet just ONE Floyd member, whether you are male of female, who would it be?

If situations where different, I would certainly be Syd, but realisticly, he doesn't want to be bothered, so I have to give him that respect.

So, my choice is Rick. I love the keyboards, play a little myself. I think we could get on well with each other, talking about Jazz and stuff. My birthday is only 2 days after his, so he is a Leo also. He seems shy and not overbearing and very sweet.

Who is your pick?

Re: Meeting a Floyd?

I actually dreamt last night that i met dave! He was an absolute arsehole! It was actually terrible, because i finally met this guy, and he was a right twat, and it made me feel awful because i totally look up to him and respect him!

Obviously (hopefully) he isnt a complete twat in real life

Re: Meeting a Floyd?

I can't really choose out of the remaining 3, I'd love to meet Gilmour and Rick because their music is so moving but I'd also like to meet Nick as he has an avid intrest in cars like me.

Re: Meeting a Floyd?

It's hard to choose just one. I think if I were looking for a night on the town, I'd choose Nick as my drinking buddy, If I wanted to wax philosophical I'd ring up Dave, and if I wanted to engage in adulterous sex I'd call Rick.

And what if you wanted to talk about politics?

Re: Meeting a Floyd?

I'd sooner endure endless hours of medieval torture than discuss politics with Roger if that's what you're getting at.

Hmmm.... adulterous sex with Rick, yes, that would be my choice also and LOL at the comment of talking politics with Roger, I imagine he would love the debate, heehee
