can anyone explain the "Spit in the Fan" RoIO?

hi first post here. i just got the cd-r bootleg of the infamous "spitting incident" concert from July 6, 1977 at Stade Du Parce Olympique in Montreal. and as we all know this is the concert where Roger spit in the face of a crazed fan. i was wondering, does anyone know exactly or close to the moment where the spitting actually occurred? on "pigs on the wing" Roger says "aw for f***'s sake will you stop setting off fireworks!" and goes on.
QUESTION 2: there's one point where Roger talks (not sings) into the mic "What? come back!" and says "come back" again. Is this when Dave walked off the stage?
QUESTION 3: before the band plays "Us and them" Roger says "Just because there's a few ***holes in the front doesn't mean everyone has to get upset" but he says something else, but I can't make it out. it goes "As soon as [?.....?] gets back we'll play another tune."
QUESTION 4: at the very end of the show, Roger says "Don't worry about it. I know what I did, I wish I hadn't done it..." Is he talking about the spitting incident?

Thanks in advance for your help and here's the tracklist so you'll know which ROIO I'm talking about:
(Disc 1)
1. Sheep
2. Pigs on the Wing (Part 1)
3. Dogs
4. Pigs on the Wing (Part 2)
5. Pigs (Three Different Ones)
6. Shine On You Crazy Diamond (Parts 1-5)
(Disc 2)
1. Welcome to the Machine
2. Have a Cigar
3. Wish You Were Here
4. Shine On You Crazy Diamond (Parts 6-9)
5. Money
6. Us and Them

It's all very clearly explained in this flash. As well as in this additional flash.

Jawbone...I'm sure someone here actually does have some useful information. It just takes a little time for the right person to see your thread sometimes.

Dr. Cheese...did you watch the whole flash? It's pretty messed up..especially pt. 2. Just remember I've got a fish...c-c-cooking in the oven.

If anyone is interested in the answer to the question, take a look in the Echoes FAQ.
