Exclamation The ultimate Wall CD?

Hey everybody.

This is my first post and I am submitting a thread to find out more information about a CD of The Wall I have. This is what I can tell you. It is a limited edition numbered release. Only 2500 made. I bought it in 1996 for $300 CDN. It is a heavy sand castle holder with a CD inside and a numbered plaque on the front (292 of 2500). It was never opened (until today to take some photos). The Cd is still sealed. I am looking for any links or collectors info anyone may have. I am wondering if there is anything special about the CD included (gold CD? extra tracks? Remastered?) I am also looking for the current value of the cd CD as I have been giving thought to auctioning it.

Check out the photos. Thanks all.

Accidentally? Sounds like there's a story.

Well it was in the days i was a poor collegeboy, and i was in need of some quick bucks. Because my poorness was threatening my smoking addiction.

The CD itself looks like the regular remastered edition.

I've got one of these too. 64/2500. I picked it up for US$100, and it's going on eBay shortly. Mine is still sealed.

I actually came across one of these years ago (back in the early to mid 90's). I seen it at a local Best Buy for like $50. It looked pretty cool (still does!) but at the time just didn't feel like spending that much on a cd I already had.
