i never bought the album "more" because something deep inside told me not to... should i go get it? is it as good as OBC??? feedback please!

Good, but nowhere near as good as OBC.

It's Pink Floyd, therefore you must have it.

It's a great album, you should get it.

It's my personal favourite along with Ummagumma. It seems to me that when the band were floundering about at this point they made some of their best music. I only bought it after hearing Green is the Colour on a bootleg ten years ago and I'm still kicking myself for not buying More ten years earlier ( I bought Abacab by Genesis instead - never a good move! )

Yes you should definitely buy the album -- it's Floyd, man, you shouldn't need us to tell you that.

More is good, but it is from a different era than Obscured By Clouds. More is still a little rough around the edges, but OBC, that is an album that was very well done.

I have to admit, I'd never really listened to More up until a few days ago. I'd heard bits but never had I sat down and listened to it all the way through. Having done so, I was surprised at how much I like it. In particular Green is the Colour and Cymbaline (probably spelt wrong).

More is great.

IMO I think it is very much Pink Floyd but not necessarily what everyone would at first expect. Definitely signatire.

I don't rate it much but then I don't rate OBC either, neither album has a destinctive Floyd sound, they are both good just not special like other Floyd albums.
