Botley:Certainly not. But do you maybe see how the casual reader could just possibly misinterpret you when you say "it's a tape, clearly a tape?" That's all I was concerned about. No hard feelings. The events surrounding The Wall concerts have broken up far too many friendships, wouldn't you say?

That'd be true.At first it did seem that the message implied that Roger is not capable of the superb vocals he has performed for each character. Its true that some of his vocals were later overdubbed to compensate for poor recording etc.I'd read in Rolling Stone, where the author was a real schumk to say that Roger lip synced on ITF2002 tour & Doyle couldn't play guitar as he was seen playing it alternatively with each hand.Quote"in one scene of dvd,Doyle is playing with his left hand and in second he has changed it right!" Unquote. After reading this i asked Mr. Michael Simone of REG-Roger Waters International Fan Club Founder and Publisher. To which he replied that "There are some studio overdubs to preserve the sound, but Roger would never stoop to lip sync ala Ms. Britney."
In ref to The Trial, its one of the best track that showcases the range of emotions that Roger's vocals can perform.Whenever i hear it ,I can actually visualise the Worm,The Wife,The Teacher,(of cousre after seeing the movie-the baby Pink flaoting like a leaf is one of my fav. sketch).
