| Re: the trial Thats definitely one of my favorite songs on the Album. I really like the song because it's so nuts. It makes sense after you listen to it, and learn about how crazy Pink was. |

| Re: the trial I've always thought that was one of the more powerful songs on the album. I remember how much I enjoyed the "TEAR DOWN THE WALL" bit when I first bought The Wall years ago.

| Re: the trial When I first heard the trial I hated it. It's not a very rocking song, it's kind of weird. I think people just like it because they're supposed to. most people, not all of'em. |

| Re: the trial I like it because it's good. Songs don't have to "rock" to be good.

| Re: the trial its good to hear roger use a different voice for the characters, rather than his normal, whiney voice

| Re: the trial It's quite good, I never thought Pink Floyd would take inspiration from Gilbert & Sullivan but there you have it. And the live versions are priceless... how Roger managed to pull that off night after night, I'll never know.

| Re: the trial It's definitely the best song on the album. It basically sums up all the madness of the album into one awesome piece. Roger sounds truly crazed. I learned the song on piano, by ear, from the demo, and it's fun to try and sing along while playing it and sound like a madman. |

| Re: the trial Deffinatly one of the best songs on the album, it also comes as quite a shock. The whole album is in blocks with each song relating back to a central musical style, then at the end this mad unerving song comes along with a style all it's own. It's a great closer and works as a trial asthe fact it is so different makes you nervous of it at first like a real trial. If only it could have been followed up by something more assertive then OTW.

| Re: the trial outside the wall is a beutiful song in my opinion...it makes you think and doesnt give you a direct ending to the album, i like it that way

| Re: the trial When floyd did the wall Live, were Rogers different charecter voices actually live? As i was listening to a live version and then watched a live performance i got the impression that the only live part was Pink singing his part. |

| Re: the trial Dunno, all you could see was the wall with the cartoon animation being projected onto it. The band could have been backstage having a cup of tea for all we knew. |
