PAST, PRESENT, and FUTURE TOUR DATES

Im not sure if the past section should be a forum, maybe just like the pink floyd biography, but present and future tours should be a forum, BEcuase im sure im not the only one that wants to know where and when Pink floyd has toured, and will give this site even more solid material to advertise and attract more users.

WHAt u think?

Re: PAST, PRESENT, and FUTURE TOUR DATES

As far as past tours are concerned you will find mucho information here...

http://www.pinkfloydfan.net/search.p...der=descending

I just typed "Floyd Tour dates" in the search feature and ..vio-la.

Regarding future tours....alas.. with the exception of dear Roger going out solo...I fear that these "future Tours" exist only in the hopeful, yet somewhat misguided, minds of youthful fans everywhere.

Nobody will be happier than I if I'm sadly mistaken, but I beleive we have seen the last of Pink Floyd on the road.

A complete and regularly updated list of tour dates (both Floyd and solo).

If hope is foolish then most of us here are fools, and it's not as bitter a pill as realism.

Re: PAST, PRESENT, and FUTURE TOUR DATES

Well, I agree that if I were a gamblin' man, I wouldn't put too many chips down on them going around agan, either. They hae ben making piles of cash for the last 10yrs. repackaging stuff they've already sold before. The band is making money, and they aren't having to work. Dave just MAY be working it out in his head, just perhaps. Hes done several "one off," shows, his old bones on an island dreary disk. Couple that, with the stories that Rog would "go out" with them, one last time, but that they would all have to agree to call it "THE END." It seems that Dave has a cadre of better musicians around him to make his and the wifes music at a comfy pace. The common denominator; players play, it has to enter each of their streams of thoughts, at least once a day. It also dosen't help that SO many fans didn't like the Division bell, and I think dave thougt of it as good stuff. If he ever were to ask me, I'd tell him so. The phones not ringing yet, but I'll keep you informed.
