Where did these lyrics come from?

Has lyrics to "On the Turning Away". But they're not the same as the song I have. Mine stops about halfway through those lyrics and then repeats itself. Is there another version that I don't know about?

The second half (starting after the line "No more turning away?") is from "Yet Another Movie", the song that comes after "On the Turning Away" on the album A Momentary Lapse of Reason.
