This parrot is no more, he has ceased to be, he's kicked the bucket, shuffeled off the mortal coil, he's a stiff, hes pushin up the daisies, he has passed on and joined the bleeding choir invisible, this is an ex-parrot! (roar of laughter)

Life of Brian is a masterpiece, and has so many good bits...the 'stoning scene' and 'what have the Romans ever done for us' are my faves.

Funniest episode i've seen recently was the blancmange aliens turning people into scotsmen in order to win wimbledon. Hilarious.

Re: speaking of monty python.....

At the risk of accusations of sexism...

Most women I know who've seen the movie like the bit when he flings open the window after dallying with his revolutionary girlfriend... Because, unlike most films, you get to see Mr. Winky in all his rather understated... er... glory.

A little factoid... Terry Jones insisted on a clause in his contract providing he direct the film in the nude.
