Unhappy Ten Years Gone

It was ten years ago today that Pink Floyd played at Earl's Court on October 20, 1994. The show was filmed and broadcast worldwide, later to become the basis for the PULSE video.

Unfortunately, the PULSE DVD has been delayed yet again.

And in a nearly complete and abrupt self-contradiction and shift in stated position, Nick Mason has declared Pink Floyd not quite dead after all.

I'm not even gonna get it, most of the footage is available on the net. And i don't think it's that spectacular. I don't really seem to like Jon Carin and Guy Pratt, especially when they sing Roger's lines on CN. Couldn't Rick have done it alone?

I'm not sure it matters what Nick (or Rick) say's - if Davey-boy doesn't want to do it it ain't gonna happen!

Yeah, I didn't like the young guy whoever he was acting like Angus Young on the slow songs.

PF had better make up for it by having shitloads of extras. Like maybe DSOT.

I hear Pink Floyd is touring with Led Zeppelin, The Who, the dead members of Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Kajagoogoo.

I have the Pulse video. I didn't like how they left off Astronomy Domine, that was the highlight of the show. I hope they include that on the DVD.

But forget Pulse, I want them to release an "Is There Anybody Out There?" DVD. I must see this concert.
