I went with The Who offcourse, but what is CCR doing there? It always seems to em they only have songs about rivers rain and water.

What's wrong with Creedence??.. I love Creedence and they were very influential in the late 60's.....

They were not as early as the bands mentioned in the poll. Thier first album did not come out until 1974 I believe, and it wasn't until later that Neil Peart joined.
