Shangri-La is a decent album, all the songs are decent. Except I think it lacks a bit of contrast, almost every song has the the same kind of feel except for Postcards from Paraguay, Boom Like That and Donegans Gone. I prefer Sailing to Philadelphia, where you get songs like SIlvertown Blues, What it is, Sailing to Philedlphia, The Last Laugh, Speedway at Nazerath, which incidently has the best solo I have ever heard at the end of it.

Holy fucking shitcrap. This week-end i went to Sweden. And first I saw Pat Metheny play for 2 hours and 45 minutes. Which is a fucking long concert. It was ultra nice. The next day, I got to change my tickets for Knopfler to ACE seats. Like to the left of the scene, but perfect seats. And the concert was sooo great. It lasted 2 hours, and it went all too quickly. The mood was great and Knopfler was in his ace. They played almost all their classics and loads of songs from the new album. Though he didnt play Calling Elvis, which is a bit strange.. Well I can recommend the concert. Go see it.
