Exceptionally tired? I don't see Megadeth's fastest album being that tired... the only two Megadeth albums I can't stand are Risk and The World Needs A Hero, their latest album, The System Has Failed is actually pretty good! As a side-note, Marty Friedman's solos on Hangar 18 are extremely good.

I have heard only Megadeath`s cover of Paranoid. Sounds good but not better then the original Black sabbath version.
