After giving the "Wall Demo - Under Construction" ROIO another listen, I'm not convinced it's really demos. I'm beginning to suspect it's actually a rehearsal.

I am almost certain I remember hearing an acoustic demo. I'll dig through my Floyd archives later today and see what I can find.
