Hey You

I have the song "Hey You" on my RealOne player that I got from a friend that downloaded it. It is an instrumental version of "Hey You", no singing or nothing. Its 6:16 long, and I was wondering if anyone else has heard of this one. I just wanted to know a little bit about it, like where it was performed or if it was on one of Pink Floyd's albums. It sounds so good, better than the original.

I may have heard it once while in an elevator.

and without the singing, how can you know if it actually IS Pink Floyd?

I'm almost positive its pink floyd. If anyone has Kazaa type in Hey You (Acoustic) see if any search results come up. I'm sure its on kazaa.

I dont trust KaZaA for correct info like that, besides, the world is loaded with floyd covers and tributes

I don't trust kazaa at all these days, there are so many fake files it's a complete waste of time using it.

Seems like I remember a demo version of "Hey You" that was acoustical, but don't remember if it had singing or not.

I think that's a different tune but I love it nonetheless!

I found the demo that I was thinking of... it's from the Wall Demo - Under Construction ROIO. But, it has vocals, so it's not the same one that you are talking about.
