If you say it's "curtains" for something it means the finish or the end, like in a boxing match for instance one guy might look like he's going to get knocked out and you would say - "It's curtains for him now." I suppose "absolutely curtains" just means absolutely the end or finish, especially as it's the last track on the album. Maybe it's just a British phrase.
