Help: strange version of The Wall

Hi, I bought a strange version of the Wall at ebay. It has a black frame and so many incorrect spellings (produser, copyright 1977, in the flash and so on). It came in a small jewel case.

The lyrics are written down in a strange way, totally different from the original design.

it say that it is a limited edition. Does anybody know if this is a legal version?

Thanks Kai
