Is there any good concert footage of PF from the 1977 Animals tour????

i have never seen any anywhere
you would think there would be alot considering all of the bootleg cd's there are, and it being their first stadium tour
if anyone knows how to get some footage let me know

Hi Bill. This is a DDT but I'll answer your question before it is locked.

There is a fairly dark-looking and incomplete video of the Vienna show (1st February). You might also want to check out a sound recording of that show floating on the p2p networks called "Desk Pig in Vienna" which is a composite of an incomplete soundboard (!!) source and a fair-to-good audience source.

I believe there is also an 8mm home video of a later show (reportedly from Anaheim, California sometime in May), in fragments, with sound overdubbed (probably from another venue altogether): it's about 9 minutes long. In this one you can see the inflatable pig exploding (well, on fire at least) and part of the backdrop film, but not much else. A few nice closeups. That is all.
