How do I post a picture?

im tring so hard and i can find out how to post a picture pleas tell me o ya iv also seen lines under peoples posts how do you do that, im still sort of new so i dont rilly know

There's a few ways, I'll post one.

First make sure it is a .gif file, if it isn't you can open it in paint and save it as 'untitled.gif' or whatever you want to name it but be sure to add the '.gif', that's how I do it.
Then go to http://www.imageshack.us/index.php and click 'browse'. Find your picture and click on it, the address should show up in the box on the website, click 'host' or 'ok' or whatever the box says and it should come up with some adresses to copy. Copy and paste the first one in a new post and it should work.

there are other ways of doing it too.. but i really can't be arsed typing it out now.. i think it's in the rules and guidelines anyway innit?

Ah yes! I knew the picture but I wasn't sure.

You can also go to the bottom of the posts (near the bottom of the page) there will be a button that says "post reply". If you click that, then it goes to a page where you can type out your post. On that page, there should also be a button that says browse - so you click that, find your picture, and then post your picture.

Click on the "user cp" (control panel) button above and look through "Edit Profile" to type in your "Signature" line - no more than 3 lines is good form.

Share and enjoy, but have some sympathy for the slower downloaders by not posting too many pics, especially HUGE ones.
