I always thought that the line was just reiterating the Authoritative mindset that Floyd was rebelling from.

It means "Stay in line, don't break the rules, and do what we tell you or you'll feel a cane on your backside."

It's "stand still laddy!" Laddy is kind of another word for young boy I guess. And yeah, the whole phrase pretty much means what Botley said .

I always thought it was "You behind the bench there!"

By the way, I'm not too good with differentiating between the various U.K. accents, but does he have an Irish accent? I always figured it was Irish because of the rolled r's(Or is it 'trilled' r's?) that I've only heard the Irish use when they speak.

It's Scots, from Scotland, home of the famous beef, egg, whisky and tape.

Well it's bike sheds. Welcome to the wonderfully impenetrable world of English schoolboy slang.

It's just sound samples of angry teachers having a go at pink for stepping out of line.

When I did an impression of the 'You! Yes You! Stand Still Laddy!!!!!!' line in the exact voice at school, me and my friends laughed so hard we got busted smoking.

I heard somewhere that "Pudding" is one way that the British refer to all desserts. Don't know how important that is. I guess if you wanted to you could take meat and pudding as metaphorical ideas, "do as you're told or the payoff will be withheld" you know, get a good job with more pay and you're ok.
