What effect is Gilmour using here in the solo?

Its the song "Any Colour You Like" on DSOTM. I noticed George Harrison used it on Let It Be (Past Masters Vol 2 edition) too. Thanks

In Any color, he uses a mix of Uni Vibe, Leslie Rotary Speakers, and i beilive a bit of reverb. this is it, not sure about the reverb though.

I find I get a very similar effect with my phaser, if I turn it up to around the 1 o'clock position.

In PULSE he used high compression (MXR Dynacomp), and phase. (MXR Phase90)
