Apart from these I've seen all of my favourite artists perform live at least once.
Needing a serious update here:

Rolling Stones: check, bought tickets for the Milan concert next month.

Queen: check, attended Queen + Paul Rodgers concert in 2005.

It seems Peter Gabriel is the biggest name missing on my list now. And I would really love to see Tom Waits live again. Unfogettable experience.
