Pass the tequila Manuel

On a spanish piece from the album More who is that dude and what does he say? I can make out some obscure terms.......pass the tequila Manuel is what he first says then he gets a really high voice and says I think? Is that what he says? and then at the end he says lovely senorita? Does anybody know?!?

If you look over here, you will see what Gilmour is saying was saying in is fake Hispanic-lisp. I believe the song was intended as a joke...strange sense of humor, but we knew that, didn't we?

Well i'm sure they didn't expect people to listen to that stuff 30 years later, they just wanted to make some weird noises for a forgettable French movie.
