High Hopes and Don't Leave Me Now. Add The Great Gig In The Sky and thats it. Theres more but these are the ones that come to mind at first.

Hmm...I find "Marooned," "ITABOT?," and "Nobody Home" very powerful, but "High Hopes" has probably done the most to bring tears to my eyes, but for a purely personal reason.
