Roger is actually the one who introduces it, and he says it's about "being on Ibiza." That's the island where the movie More takes place, although it was actually shot in Formantera, where some of the photos inside the On An Island booklet were also taken (the windmill shot from the More soundtrack album cover is replicated by David's wife and kids).
