He has a unique voice...when I first found Rush I found Lee's singing to be quite irritating, but I got used to it, and I think it's good. But after a while his voice is a bit grating...

Gotta get a vote in for 'The Camera Eye'. Best deep cut off any Rush album (along with 'Ghost of a Chance' and 'Cold Fire'), and a fabulous tune. Limelight is a close second.
