Still Got The Blues - Gary Moore

Love playing his blues stuff. It's feels so natural.

40 oz to Freedom --==-- Sublime

edit --==-- Beethovens Ode to Joy, a nice litty ditty, perfect for inbetween songs or as a teaser at a gig

Re: Last Song You Played (with an instrument)

I just joined a band. We don't have a name yet, but "Lake of Fire" by the Meat Puppets was the last thing we tried (with me singing in my growly Tom Waits low register). Sounds terrific, so tonight we'll perform it in front of some friends at a coffeehouse open mic night. We're also going to play "Time" and "Johnny B. Goode" because they're easy!

Hey, thanks! Everything went remarkably well, considering we'd had less than 4 hours each to learn the songs. No one was recording (that I know of) but a few snapshots were taken for posterity. I'll see if I can get a hold of them.

Re: Last Song You Played (with an instrument)

Last night I played at a friends birthday party. It was outside in a blizzard with the porch closed in from the weather by plastic sheets and kept somewhat warm with a few space heaters. Got to play someones nice axe a 73 Tele. We winged it and played (Hang on Sloopy,Gloria,Sympathy for the Devil,Knockin on heavens door,Cocaine, and a few funk and blues jams. Good time until the plastic sheets got blown open by the Blizzard
