I learned the Doors' people are strange on guitar, and I'm currently working on blackbird by the Beatles. this one's rather hard but it looks fun to play.

then I practiced more stuff on the bass, the Beatles' come together, then are you gonna be my girl by Jet.

Re: Last Song You Played (with an instrument)

Lily, I started playing blackbird about three weeks ago and I've got it down pretty well now, it's not as hard as it looks. The picking is easy (its the same thing over and over and over) all you have to do is remember the different fretting positions, great song though, good luck.

yeah, it's not so hard now that I practiced it a little more. Songs with complicated looking finger picking are always scary at first, but then I'm always happy I took the time to learn them.

last song played: in-a-gadda-da-vida by iron butterfly on the bass

Terrific riff!

I also learned "Blackbird" some time ago and it's fun. Once you have practiced it enough that you don't have to think all the time in which fret you are, playing that song is really enjoyable.
