It's got to be better than attending one of their gigs though.

Re: Iron Maiden

Iron Maiden is excellent and Bruce Dickinson is along with Ronnie James Dio(not related to Maiden) the best metal vocalist ever. BTW anyone ever saw Dickinson presenting a documentary about aviation history on the Discovery Channel called ''Flying Heavy Metal''? He does it so well it's almost hilarious.

No, but I've seen him produce Blue Oyster Cult. He needed more cowbell.

Re: Iron Maiden

Rob Halford (pointing to a female audience member in the front row): "We started making Heavy Metal before you were born." I kid you not.

His band 'Two' was much better than this same old shite he's back to peddling.

Re: Iron Maiden

I wouldn't go and see either band today of course, that would be ridiculous. However I've always preferred Priest and they were much better live at their peak, I always found Maiden a bit po-faced.

That is like saying having your balls beaten to a bloody pulp with a sledgehammer is better than having your eyes gouged out with a hot screwdriver.

Yeah, I saw that a few times. Dickinson is actually a fully qualified commercial pilot.
