The Hero's Return Part 2

Can anyone tell me about The Hero's Return Part 2?

I just recently found this song online.

I thought it was a pretty good excerpt, too bad it didn't make "The Final Cut" hehehehe.

The verses sounded like the narrarator was going crazy!

All I know is that it was released as a single and was actually an additional verse.

The Hero's Return Part 2 was availible on the B-Side of the Not Now John single released in April 1983. Roger just added an extra verse and chorus:

I dunno tho... those don't sound like typical Roger lyrics to me :smile:

Remember--we never see his rough drafts...everybody makes mistakes, and I'm sure he's made some too!

The "stone metaphor" is VERY typical RW, though!
