The Wall studio album and Delicate Sound of Thunder versions had reasonable "screams". Other versions, not so good.

Yes, it does. I always liked to scream on that part.

I like this one too, when my dad is listening to the radio in the garage and the song plays, I always open the door and yell "aaaaaaahh" during that part and then close the door and leave.
the scream in Eugene is quite enjoyable too. And I agree with whoever said that Frank Black was the master of "screamers".
Punk rock has had its share of great screams throughout its history but I'm not gonna list them all.
