Hmm there might be some truth in what you say, TDW. Althought The Final Cut is one of the most brilliant things Floyd has ever done.

i beg to differ Dertjer, i didnt like TFC at all....and it wasnt one of the most brilliant things floyd has ever done, it's one of the WORTHLESS things WATERS has done, it was like one of Waters solo albums.....but TDB still sucks too, so i dont even have an opion really

It's possible that you don't like TFC, that's just a matter of opinion. But you just can't say it's not brilliant.

it's not that it's possible i dont like that album, it's a fact, it is in no comparison of any other album excpet for TDB. and it isnt brilliant..

As Rick Wright was missing from TFC you could argue that it wasn't recorded by Pink Floyd.

Then I guess 3/4 of Ummagumma Studio isn't Pink Floyd either, or most of The Wall, or a large portion of AMLOR.

The entire Floyd was missing on both AMLOR and TDB, who was more important to the band? Wright or Waters?

It's all a matter of opinion, you could argue that the Floyd died the moment Syd Barrett left the band.
