Critical Review: Inside Pink Floyd 1967-1974

i'm sorry if this has been posted already but is this a CD i should get?
i have a bunch of CD's,Tapes..Ect of Floyd but is this newer CD any good?
i also see the 1975-1996 is just out. i may want too pick them up.
again if this is a repeat post direct me to the first one.

Actually, it's a DVD...
Anyway, there is a thread about it somewhere; I recall only very poor reviews so I never bought it.

Avoid it, it's just a video of some naff journalists harping on about how great the Floyd are.
