Re: Grand Visiers etc.

Is the middle piece of Nicks 3 songs suppose to sound like your Cd player is skipping?.............Or do I just have a bad Cd?

No, it's not your CD player. The song is just THAT BAD.

Well obviously that's your opinion, but I happen to like all 3 parts of The Narrow Way. Dont really care for Rick slamming his hands on the keys, Rog's vocal noise or 8 minute acoustic bs. Drummers shouldnt try to write songs on drums, dig it?

Re: Grand Visiers etc.

Funny, but the only thing on that album that REALLY puts me off is "Grand Vizier". While it is not my favourite on the album, I do have kind of a liking for Sysysphus. I always thought part of it would make a HILARIOUS soundtrack for a Roadrunner cartoon. And somewhere in the first part, there's some very fast, more classical playing that makes the keyboardist in me jealous.

My favourite would be "The Narrow Way", followed by "Grantchester Meadows", "Sysyphus", and "Several Species".
