The mountains of Colorado, where you get blown away by the wind if you weigh less than 150 pounds.

Bollocks, early ELO is good stuff! Just don't listen to anything after Out Of The Blue
ELO's album Time has some top notch stuff on it.
Just listen to stuff like Prologue, Twilight, Yours Truly, The Lights Go Down, Another Heart Breaks. It's all gold. Though perhaps a bit too electronic at times.

Yeah, there are some really awesome sights, it's just the winters; they suck, except for the snowboarding/skiing.

What? No one has recommended Huey Lewis & the News nor Hall and Oates?

And you call yourselves rock fans.

The band that set the standard for rock shows in the '90s:
U2 - Zooropa - live in Sydney '93
R.E.M. - Tourfilm '90
The Cure - Trilogy '00
Yes - Songs From Tsongas '04
Nirvana - Live tonight, Sold Out '94
Sonic Youth (and Friends incl. Nirvana) - 1991, The Year Punk Broke

Nice list Daphne. Have you checked out the new Nirvana at the Paramount DVD/Blu-ray disc?
