wow.. my list is dismal compared to that..

I have Coldplay and The Whitlams DVDs, I think I have another one too, but I have a total mental block and can't remember what it is.
I rather enjoy the Coldplay one. I really wanna get Red Hot Chili Peppers at Slane Castle though. Mums you went to that no?

cheers

My current selection of concert DVD's stands as such...

Blue Man Group: The Complex Rock Tour
The Concert for George
David Gilmour: In Concert
Eric Clapton: One More Car, One More Rider
Fleetwood Mac: The Dance
Led Zeppelin: The Song Remains the Same
Neil Young: Rust Never Sleeps
Otis Rush: Live Pt1
Paul McCartney: Back in the U.S.
Pete Townshend: Music from Lifehouse
Peter Gabriel: Growing Up Live
Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon
Pink Floyd: Live at Pompeii
Pink Floyd: The Wall
Roger Waters: In the Flesh, Live
Rush: In Rio
Stevie Ray Vaughan: Live in Austin Texas
The Beatles: A Hard Days Night
The Beatles: Yellow Submarine
The Doobie Brothers: Rocking Down The Highway
The Last Waltz: The Band
The Who: The Kids Are Alright

I enjoy them all very much.. but the highlights would have to be

The Last Waltz
Townshend's Lifehouse
Rush in Rio
Gabriel and Gilmour..

Rush in Rio is awesome. 3+ hrs of music and all the other stuff Rush does to entertain their fans. Pulse has been good so far, I have seen about half. They did a good job of staying back to showcase the visuals of the live PF experience. Two great DVD's. I'm getting Live at Pompeii tonite, I'll report back.

I have every single Yes DVD released, including Yes Symphonic, ABWH, Union, Live at QPR 1975, Live at Musikladen, and Yessongs. My brother actually got most of the dvds of the band when they're in the 1980s and onward since I don't like the band from that time period, so I'd say get Yessongs (even though the video quality isn't super, it's still an amazing concert) and Yes Symphonic, where logically they play with a symphony, and it's incredible!

Apart from that, I have:
Talking Heads - Stop Making Sense (a uniquely filmed concert, some think it may be the best concert film ever made, wouldn't hurt to have in your collection, especially for some of that white-boy 80s funk!) I've seen it at least 20 times.

Concert for New York City - some great performances, some awful performances, and I skip basically anything 9/11 related in there, as I've seen it before. The Who stole the entire concert, Mr. Macca just doesn't want to admit it!

The Residents - Commerical DVD - Now this is the most bizarre thing in my collection. If you can stomach 200 Motels, give this a spin. If you want to see preachers with dog's heads, a fat guy in a diaper, and a bird with a playground slide on its head running maniacally towards a burning house, watch this at the risk of losing your sanity in these 1 minute long music videos.

Electric Light Orchestra - Zoom Tour DVD - There, i've confessed, I actually got this as a gift, but it's a mighty fine concert. Too bad the original recordings stink.

The Rutles – All You Need Is Cash – A Monty Python style spoof of the Beatles, with pretty good musical imitations. John Lennon could’ve easily written “Cheese and Onions”, and it would’ve been a hit!

King Crimson – Deja VROOM – The performances by this 90s band are a little too technically focused for me, doesn’t have the gusto of the 70s band. Not one of my favorites.

Tommy: The Movie – Many people despise this movie, I think it’s rather humorous, what with the baked beans and chocolate bursting out of TV screens and whatnot.

And finally:
Schoolhouse Rock – You get all the original songs and more! Learning your times tables has never been so funkalicious!

I'm thinking of picking up the Ziggy Stardust Motion Picture DVD. Anybody's comments on that?

Bollocks, early ELO is good stuff! Just don't listen to anything after Out Of The Blue.

I prefer Eldorado or A New World Record, they went a bit shit after Out Of The Blue unfortunately.
