David has no plans whatsoever to resurrect Floyd, which he has said repeatedly over the last few months. For instance, in the November issue of MOJO, he said that he'd "quash any time you like" rumours that the group plan to end their seven year silence. "I can't see anything happening in the near future myself. I've been enjoying doing things on a differnt scale, downsizing quite a bit. I feel no need to go out and do a big tour again - if ever, at my hugely advanced age. It doesn't feel like the way I want to be spending my time. The desire to hit those stadiums hasn't come back, I'm afraid."

So don't hold your breath. These guys can't perform much longer at this point in any form. If you get a chance to see either David or Roger, you best go!!!

Come on. Just this summer I went to a Dead concert. That band has stuck together through thick and thin. No BS. Their lead guy dies, the're all like sixty, and Phil Lesch is pumping livers in and out of his body like there is no tommorrow. They aren't sittin at home enjoying their sucess. they are out busting their tails. So for Gilmour to say he's too old is hogwash.

Yes, because certainly people don't physically age at different rates.
