Re: Videogames!

Well, I have a pretty fast net, DSL 762k (give or take). So you think I would be able to run it with a crappy Celeron processor?

Awesome, do you happen to have links to those videos or anything?

Re: Videogames!

They should really add a live action battle system, or at least improve the current one. That would make it so much better. I remember playing Final Fantasy VII and thinking it was great but the constant appearing battles while there was no one in sight ruined it for me.

I've heard that this one will allow you to pick and choose when to fight.

Re: Videogames!

I hated fighting all the time when I was trying to get places, but about halfway through the game I usually have slash-all with Cloud and win fights in one turn.

Re: Videogames!

That would be a start. For now I am waiting for Legend of Zelda: The Twilight princess. It looks like it's going to be the sequel to Ocarina of Time which Majora's Mask and The Wind Waker just weren't. They were both great, mind. But they just didn't come close to Ocarina of Time which I still think of as the greatest game I ever played.

I didn't like Majora's Mask, but yeah Ocarina was great.

I'm really sad and stand there on the same spot for hours on end building up my levels and AP...

As do I, you pretty much have to in order to do some of the side areas of the game, like fight the Weapons.

It took me about a dozen tries each to beat the weapons, and an ulcer.

Re: Videogames!

Big Final Fantasy/Earthbound fan. I also love the 8-BIT NES and old Text-based games (Zork anyone?). Bizzare and obscure games are great too, especially if they have a crappy translation job to boot.
