Re: Videogames!

I like World of Warcraft and enjoyed every minute of it. Yet somehow I cannot bring myself to ever starting it up again for a few months now.

Re: Videogames!

Might be pathetic...but I grew up on Tomb Raider(so to say) and love playing all six, own all six, for both playstation and pc...and am eager to see seven...The movies never really lived up to the games, although they were good in their own right.

Re: Videogames!

Does anyone play Halo 2? If anyone plays it or has the soundtrack, listen to the Fourth Movement of the Odyssey by Incubus. Around four minutes into the track there is an homage to "On the Run".

Anyone for Alien Vs. Predator 1 & 2 both;though my all time fav is DIABLO.And "Black & White is good too";but it seems since Tropico was launched every other new game is "XYZ-Tycoon".

GRAW is one of the best games I have ever played in my life. It's amazing.

I still need Oblivion...I can tell that game is killer...

I don't really feel that way. I loved GR2, it was actually in some ways more smooth. Plus, I was really good at it, I actually got into the top 100 on the leaderboards on XBOX Live. It's a really good game, But I do think they changed too much.

Re: Videogames!

I hated the first ghost recons, but loved GRAW. I never anticipated a game release more than Oblivion, though. I got 75 hours into it and hit a bug (theres plenty of them) so im waiting until they patch it until i start playing again.

Re: Videogames!

I hate all the Tom Clancy games;too much complex and too many commands and controls to use and i got only 8 fingers!!!
If HORROR is your cup of tea ,try Silent Hill -all 4 versions are good but the 1st two give you the backdrop on many characters that appeared in later versions.Painkiller1 & BOFH is one of the few games that are at par with Half Life 1 & 2 ;in terms of action, rpg, music, story etc.Playing in Boss mode is great....
There was this great comedy game "Deer Hunter"( i forgot the name) which had the protaganist played by a deer "Joe Bambo" whose mission was to find and rid the park out of humans, with weaponary including "Fart-Bomb","Moo-Lure Caller" etc.The game was fun till you played it all.
WARCRAFT/SPARTAN/Tomb Raider are the games I'd liked playing but only for once, too much drab..AoE is worth playing reapeatedly.same for DIABLO;the main thing I like to play DIABLO repeatedly is that all the enemy AI get new positions and attacking modes with every reload of the game.

Re: Videogames!

I agree with you about the first GR, but GR2 was very, very good if you played it online.

Re: Videogames!

Anyone else into the CSI games? I played Dark Motives first and it wasn't that great, but the new one 3 Dimensions Of Murder, that one I personally think is made quite well, and is very enjoyable to play. If you like to be a problem solver.
