Played and beat Gun a couple weeks ago. It's a great game, but very short.

Re: Videogames!

@ Thursday's: A lot of the Tom Clancy games are great...especially the Splinter Cell games. But I guess I'm just big on tactical shooters...much more cerebral than those run-and-gun games (although I do enjoy those as much as the next guy).

Re: Videogames!

Games for cerebrals....Clancy' games put too much load on me brains...thats why i dont prefer them, after much thinking and tactics...you get shot by a stray bullet.....Though less tactical games like SWAT are preferrable;nowadays even the AI's more intelligent.Hence i like to play Max Payne 2.I dont bother with Sims of all sorts and those clones of Star Wars games...Hey Pandora Cell is great game.

Re: Videogames!

I'm a big fan of my good old PC, especially DOS classics like Wolfenstein 3D and the original Doom. I also love playing Centipede, Ms. Pacman, and DigDug on my Atari 2600. You can't beat DDR for "But Mom, I am exercising!" fun, though. FFVII and Katamari Demacy are my personal favorite games for the playstation.

Re: Videogames!

I used to play Halo alot, but I realized it really isnt that great. Darkwatch is MUCH better. Luckily, all I have is a gamecube, so I don't waste too much time. Can't wait for the new Zelda, though! Those games are the best.

The new Zelda is the whole reason I bought a Gamecube.

Very much so (I have no life). So far the most impressive things were the trailer for MGS4 (wow), the Spore presentation, and probably seeing the Wiimote in action (although I'm still not a big fan).

Oh, and the thing Gamespot did on Battlefield 2142 was pretty awesome.

Re: Videogames!

Gears Of War looks really, really good. I predict it'll be the game of the year.
